Booking and class info
Are you open?
Yes. Both studios are open, FiDi at 91 Washington Street and Midtown East at 201 East 56th Street.
How do I book?
Through your account. A class is confirmed only when you receive an in-app confirmation and an email. The timetable for both studios is on the home page.
How late can I cancel?
Free of charge up to twelve hours before the class start time. Inside twelve hours the credit is used. We do not charge a separate cash fee on top. Full detail in the Booking policies.
Do you allow late entry?
No. For your safety and to avoid disrupting the class, we do not admit anyone more than five minutes after the class start time. If it is your first visit, arrive ten minutes early and tell your instructor.
What if the class is full?
Join the waitlist. If a spot opens more than twelve hours out you will be notified and auto-booked. Inside twelve hours we only add you if you have opted in to last-minute waitlist notifications.
Do you offer private classes?
No. We focus on group classes and do not offer private one-on-one sessions.
Before your first class
I have never done reformer. Where do I start?
Book Reformer Essentials. It is suitable for all levels and no experience is needed. Once it feels easy, move to any level 2 class.
What should I bring and wear?
Grip socks are required and we sell them at the studio. Avoid jewellery that can catch in springs, and tie long hair back. Cubbies and hooks are available, but please do not leave valuables unattended.
How long is a class?
Fifty minutes.
I am pregnant, injured or have a medical condition
Tell us before class begins and we will do our best to accommodate you. This is never a reason to be denied service. In specific circumstances, such as an active injury, a recent surgery or a high-risk pregnancy, we may ask for a physician's clearance.
Packs and pricing
How do packs work?
A pack is a one-time purchase of class credits. There is no recurring charge and no auto-renewal. Each pack has a validity period shown at checkout and in your receipt.
Do credits expire?
Yes, on the date shown at checkout. Expiry dates are strict. In documented hardship we may agree a one-time extension of up to thirty days at our discretion.
Can I get a refund?
You may cancel a purchase and receive a full refund within three business days, provided you have not used any credits. Refunds are paid back to the original payment method within ten business days. See the Class pack terms.
Can I share my credits?
No. Credits are personal to you and cannot be transferred, resold or shared. Instructors may ask for photo identification at check-in.
Can I use my pack at both studios?
Yes. Credits work at FiDi and Midtown East, across every class format we offer, subject to availability.
