Memberships
We do not currently sell recurring monthly memberships in New York. Everything we offer is a one-time purchase.
What we offer instead
Class packs and single classes. A pack is a one-time purchase of a fixed number of reformer pilates credits with a validity period shown at checkout. The full terms are in the Class pack terms, and how you use the credits is covered by the Booking and studio policies.
Why this page exists
New York's Health Club Services Law sets specific requirements for recurring membership contracts, including statutory cancellation rights and a security filing with the New York Department of State. Those requirements apply to term memberships, not to one-time credit purchases. We keep this page so there is a clear, honest answer when someone asks whether we sell a membership.
If that changes
If we introduce memberships, this page will carry the full membership agreement, including the statutory three business day cancellation right, the rights to cancel on death, disability lasting more than three months, moving more than twenty-five miles from any of our studios, or a studio closing, and details of the security filing. We will not sell a membership before that is in place.
Your cancellation right on a pack
You may cancel any purchase and receive a full refund within three business days, provided you have not used any credits. Refunds are paid back to the original payment method within ten business days. See the Class pack terms.
